Hampton Inn Columbus-Airport

I visited here for the second time a certain day in September 2025. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. My co-worer will fly to chicago next day. That's why we stayed. It's very close to John Glen Columbus International Airport. They have 24 hours shuttle bus. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Rooms are adequate but clean. The access to the airport, parking arrangement, and the friendly, helpful, decent, kind people that work here means I don't stay anywhere else when I fly out of Columbus. One early morning as I rushed to catch my flight I left my ipad in the room. I didn't discover this until i made it the airport. I called as soon as I could and told them of the situation. Not 10 mins later, The supervisor checked the room and told us they found it. Would you believe they held the ipad until our return 5 days later? We were SO greatful. Thanks for another great stay and for helping us recover our lost ipad.

Room was clean except for mold along caulking in tub, one light was not working in bathroom, making it hard for my wife to do make up. The location was great. Room was very clean except for tub/shower. Front desk could have done better, did not offer the drink and snack as per rewards membership status. When I asked for a water he had to verify my status, but still did not offer the care package.

I stayed here for two nights during the snow storm of January 2026 while awaiting a flight. Franklin County experienced their first level 3 snow emergency in the history of the system. The staff remained courteous, friendly, and efficient during a time with very limited staff and resources and a full hotel. The Hilton next door kept food available to us. With nearly no staff able to make it to work, the bartender and the maintenance worker grilled cheeseburgers and made chicken tenders and fries to keep us fed. All restaurants and most grocery stores were closed and we had no other access to food. The staff from the front desk, maintenance, shuttle driver, and housekeeping all did a tremendous job during this stressful event. My stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean, as well. I also felt the price with the parking package was a great value!

Only down side is that everything seemed dark, gloomy and no microwave. Room was very clean and no bugs present. I got the room for my daughter for her birthday weekend. She was pleased other than the darkness of the hotels overall look and no microwave in the room. She enjoyed her stay.....

Surprisingly quiet and economical. They have a hot breakfast and a convenience area. The room was large and they gave you 2 soaps and 4 towels which was noteworthy. They had a handicap bar in the tub.

Right across the street from the airport and they have an outdoor pool! Loved that. The AC in the room didn’t work but we survived. Property was quiet. Breakfast was great. We did park and fly so they took us to the airport and we left our car on property. The property is a little older but it served its purpose for the price point. I would stay again.

I had to stay here because my flight was canceled. The lobby is not that impressive in the hallways are not very impressive. The dining room room is quite small. But the staff is really friendly and I was literally surprised when I came into the room and seeing how really clean and nice it really is I would recommend coming here again, but I usually stay in Marysville, but definitely if I needed to stay by the airport again, I would definitely come here like I said the rooms are clean. Nice towels very nice TV nice furniture all in all I would say very nice, but you know as anybody sometimes always are not that impressive when you go to hotels, but don’t look at the hotel. Just look at your room in the Service and go from there.
